Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform (the “Service”) during evaluation and trial use. By requesting access or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Access & accounts

Access is provisioned per organization (tenant) and authenticated via Microsoft Entra ID. You are responsible for your users' access and for keeping credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to process unlawful content, attempt to breach tenant isolation, or exceed configured usage limits. AI agents act within the guardrails you configure; you remain responsible for reviewing decisions subject to human approval.

3. Data

Your data is stored in Canada (Canada Central) and encrypted at rest and in transit. See our Privacy Policy. Data submitted to AI models is not used to train those models.

4. Trial & availability

Trial access is provided “as is” without warranties, and may be modified or withdrawn. Production SLAs are defined in a separate agreement.
